Therapy for kids and adults

This is where the magic happens

Current Client

[Maggie] is very kind, approachable, and a good listener.

Current Client

You can tell Maggie is insightful, intelligent, caring, and professional with how she handles each and every session. We would highly recommend this therapist to anyone looking for someone who will actually listen, and cares about the outcome.”

Expressive Arts

I am a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist. When a client is interested in exploring the arts, I use them as a tool in the therapeutic process. This includes, but is not limited to, art, music, movement, magic and more! You can learn more about this at the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association website!

“Art speaks where words are unable to explain”

Invest in your relationship with yourself

We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so, we can sometimes neglect our relationship with ourselves. Let me be your advocate and show you a kinder, gentler way to treat the most important person in your life.

Help support your kids

When working with kids I find ways to offer a safe space for them to navigate their lives. Through talk and the arts, we explore safe ways for kids to feel power and control, work on coping skills and express thoughts and feelings.

Find NICU Support

I had my son at 26 weeks and 2 days. He spent 111 days in the NICU. As a Mom I felt there was very little Mental Health Support available for my unique circumstance. As a therapist I’d like to change that.

SLEEP TRAINING

Good sleep is so important to your mental health. I use what I have learned as a nanny and as a mental health specialist to guide parents as they navigate sleep training.
